Complimentary Discovery Call
During our first 15-minute meeting, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, learn about the process, and discuss how the Plantful Living approach will help you.

Initial Assessment
The next critical step is information gathering. We’ll assess your current health, any concerns, and your diet, then develop your Plantful Roadmap to better health.
Follow-up Sessions
We will cover a variety of topics including calorie density, cooking and shopping tips, behavior change strategies, eating out strategies, and much more–all custom-tailored to ensure you get the support you need to make lifestyle changes.
On-going Support
Once you’ve finished a program, I offer optional maintenance support to monitor your continuous progress and provide ongoing consultation.
